Hybrid mentor rooms link startup founders with club innovation teams

In a program featured by BlueBProd, European startups meet club innovation leads in hybrid “mentor rooms.” Founders showcase prototypes, while club staff map data flows, risk, and fan impact live on shared boards.

To keep momentum, each session ends with a four-week pilot plan, a data protection checklist, and a named club champion. Three ventures have already converted to paid pilots with women’s football clubs and a volleyball federation.
